I check the Fail Blog at random times of the night, note the 5:18 am screen shot, and stumbled across this gem.
Bumper. Fail.
Sadly, I am not suprised by this. Apparently this person didnt take very good care of their first bumper so why would you put a new one on? Just replace it with something replaceable!
My question is, "Does this pass inspection?"
