Your Car's Been Jimmered!

Oh it doesnt get more Utah than this!

Jimmer Fredette is a hometown hero in this state. If you've been living under a rock- Jimmer was one of the most celebrated college basketball athletes this year. Im no expert on college sports (im a girl, college sports are not my preferred form of entertainment), but Jimmer has superb skills on the court. He is an exciting player to watch.

But you know how much I hate vanity plates. And this is just plain obsessive. Let's support the local talent but unless you are his mom dont get the licence plate.

Utah is an obsessive place. Lets just say that the top baby boy name in Utah for the next ten years will start with a "J".

Someone Was In a Hurry to Get to Jimmy Johns this A.M.!

I never like to see this...

Lets start our week off right with a little mental note to drive safely! (That means no more taking pictures while driving...)

This is in no way meant to be funny. But I couldnt help but wonder how this car got tipped... This intersection is about 40mph in all directions. I guess that is pretty fast. But how did this car end up like that?! It was the only car on the scene, and if they just took that corner a little too fast than I guess this is pretty funny.

Looked like the driver was ok.

Its just a wierd thing to see first thing in the morning, especially when you arrive at the intersection the same time the authorities are.

Have you ever been the first on a crash scene? Or have you ever taken a corner too fast :)

Got Bumper?

Looks like someone lost the junkyard war.

Aaron M. found this jolly trolley coming out of Park City today.

A crappy bumper looked ok on this crappy van till you take a closer look and see that it doesn't fit AT ALL! Does this pass inspection my friend? At least it matches the paint job...

The Not-So-Smart Car

I have a diabolical dislike for the smart car and anything that resembles one, like the Fiat 500.  It was rounding a corner at a light and I scrambled to take that pic. It was so bizarre-looking that it caught my eye. Do you see it in comparison to that black truck? Its the tan box of crayons by the fire hydrant...

Icky poo. I'm all for preserving the environment and finding new technologies to save gas and oil, but whatever happened to style and horse power?! Why do cool technologies get housed in dinky cars?

Let's be clear, the Fiat 500 is not a smart car or even a hybrid for that matter. It's just a dinky looking euro car. But you're driving that silly thing in America so you'll look stupid if you have one. Especially in Utah. You gotta bring your horse[power] to the West.

Here's the link to the Fiat 500 official stats so you can decide what you think for yourself...

Aw, Dog Poop!

And this is why you don't leave your dog in the car...

All-time favorite! Thanks Jess H!

I just wonder what the reaction was of the owner. Does this happen all the time? Or is this payback! Go little dog go!

Haven't we all wanted to do something this rude and indecent at some point?! No? Ok we'll leave it to the dogs...

"Its My Cox in A Box!"

Can you read that? It says "Coxster"

Aaron M. found this gem in California traffic.

His last name must be Cox, so he is not aware of the sexual connotations this might hold right?

Naw, its just a Coxster in a Boxster!

Look What I Found Under the Swamp [Cooler]!

Oh boy. You know how I feel about additions to cars. I like custom jobs every now and then, but not if your customization was adding a swamp cooler to the top of your vehicle!!!

Did you have to cut out a hole in the top of your car to get this attached? Who did this!? You? Did you roll up to NAPA and ask to borrow a chainsaw?! I mean really, this has to be a custom job, as in DIY in the garage custom.

Im truly more curious than appalled. Really, tell me how that swamp cooler is attached to your hood!
